Ivy is a symbol of fidelity and attachment, but the scent of ivy cannot be extracted. It must therefore be invented, green notes must be added so that the roots of its trail can spread... Eau de Lierre presents a fresh, slightly aquatic accord as herbaceous as the green sap rising from a vineyard.
In Egypt and among the early Christians, ivy symbolized eternal life. Among the Greeks, its cult was dedicated to Dionysus, the god of joy and vitality. The Romans dedicated it to Bacchus and the glory of poets.
