It was released in 1971.

It belongs to the Aldehydic Floral olfactory family.

Departure notes : aldehydes, honeysuckle, green notes, peach (peach), bergamot and lemon (acid lime).

Heart notes: magnolia, iris, gardenia, jasmine, ylang-ylang, lily of the valleys (muguete), pink and geranium.

Background notes: sandalwood, tonka bean, amber, Tahiti vetiver, musk and oak moss.

The bottle of RIVE GAUCHE,is more modern and more elongated than the primitive of 1971 although it retains the blue color and the silver lists so characteristic.

YVES SAINT LAURANT RIVE GAUCHE Eau de Toilette,is a classic, timeless fragrance. This fragrance was created to represent the intellectual and bohemian district of Paris.

Without losing a shred of his personality, the original fragrance made in the 1970s has been subtly retouched.

It has very good fixation. Perfect for use in cool times and at night.
