Some notes about the app:

• The Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Day Treatment is designed to work when the skin is completely dry, so allow 3 to 5 minutes for the eye cream to be fully absorbed before applying this product.
• All you need is a pea-sized amount per eye.
• Use light pressure to apply with your fingertips; It is best to mix minimally, without rubbing.
• Once applied, do not squint, smile or move your face for 15 minutes.
