STEP 1: Apply serum
Make sure your skin and your BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then, apply your SUPERCHARGEDTM Firming Body Serum evenly to all areas you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the skin's surface.

STEP 2: Select preferences
Press the universal button to turn on your BEAR™ device. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quickly pressing the button again, once for each level. Access more settings through the FOREO app. Download application.

STEP 3: Tone and sculpt
