Instructions for use

1. Shake the bottle to activate the biphasic formula.
2. Soak a cotton ball with the product until it turns a light blue color.
3. Place the cotton pad over your closed eye and leave it for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup.
4. Gently slide the cotton from top to bottom and repeat if necessary.
