The SABINA Ethical Channel is a tool that allows you to communicate, confidentially, the alleged commission of conduct within its scope of application: complaints or irregularities related to actions or omissions that may constitute violations in accordance with the provisions of the Directive (EU ) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, as well as breaches of the Code and the Regulatory Compliance System.
