Due to high demand during these dates, shipping agencies may experience saturation in their logistics lines, which could cause delays in usual delivery times.
At Sabina, we work to ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible, but we ask for your patience in case of any delays.
Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email.
We ship on the next business day (non-holiday) after receiving your order. We ship from Monday to Friday, and transit times vary depending on the country and the shipping agency (check the table).
Important: Orders received from Monday to Friday before 11:30 a.m. may be processed on the same day; orders received after this time will be processed the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once the order has been placed, it enters the preparation process for shipment and cannot be canceled.
Holidays in the Province of Las Palmas must be considered as non-business days in the delivery timeframe since our logistics center is centralized in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas – Gran Canaria). This timeframe may be altered due to unforeseen incidents or force majeure, which could delay delivery for reasons beyond Sabina's control. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preference for morning or afternoon delivery, you can indicate this in the order comments, and the courier company will try to accommodate your request within their route and schedule possibilities. To guarantee the quality of our shipments, they are carried out by the leading courier in the express transportation sector. No shipments are made to P.O. Boxes.
Pickup Point Collection
The courier company will attempt home delivery twice, on two different business days and at different times. If delivery is unsuccessful, you can pick up the package at the nearest Pickup Point. You will have 5 calendar days to go to the office and collect the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of their address information. If there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) requiring a second shipment or re-delivery, the customer will bear the shipping cost incurred. Safe Place or Deposit Place Delivery
If you choose for the courier company to leave the package in the garden, door, terrace, or any accessible area of your residence, you will have selected the Safe Place or Deposit Place option. Please note that by choosing this option, you assume the risk and lose the right to claim.
No Customs Fees
For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs; we send your purchase directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to mainland Spain and Europe, customs fees, taxes, or other surcharges are included, we will never ask you for an additional payment. It’s very simple! You pay for your purchase at sabina.com, and you receive it without having to make any additional payment.
Modification of Data and Conditions
Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and service conditions) at any time. Any new version will be indicated beforehand in the "Shipping and Delivery" and "Guarantee and Returns" sections.
