Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse which we will notify you of by email.

We ship on the next business day (not a holiday) after we receive your order. We ship from Monday to Friday and the transit times vary according to the country and the transport agency (see table).

Important: Orders received from Monday to Friday until 11.30 a.m. could be managed the same day, after that time, it will be managed for the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the first available working day. Once the order has been placed, it enters into the preparation process for shipment, and cannot be cancelled.

Holidays in the Province of Las Palmas must be taken into account as a holiday in the delivery time, because our logistics centre is located in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas - Gran Canaria). This deadline may be altered according to a fortuitous incident or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed due to causes beyond the control and management of Sabina. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for delivery in the morning or afternoon you can indicate it in the commentary of the order and the transport company will try to comply with it to the extent of its possibilities of route and schedule. To guarantee the quality of our shipments, they are made by the leading courier company in the express transport sector. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Pick up at Delivery Point (PICKUP Point)

The transport company will make two attempts at home delivery, on two working days and at different times. In case of failure to make the delivery, you can pick up the package at the Collection Point (PICKUP Point) closest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to go to that office and pick up the package. The client is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second delivery or re-delivery is required, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Delivery to Safe Place or Deposit Place

If you choose to have the carrier leave the package in the garden, door, terrace or any accessible area of your residence, you will have requested the Safe Place or Deposit Place option. Please note that if you select this option, you assume a risk and lose the right to claim.

No Customs Fees

For deliveries in the Canary Islands, your order will not pass through customs, we send the purchase directly from our ship in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, the costs of customs, taxes or other supplements are included, we will never ask you for an additional payment. It is very easy, you pay for your purchase at sabina.com and you receive it without having to make any additional payment

Modification of data and conditions

Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the web (products, prices, promotions and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be previously indicated in the section "Shipping and Delivery" and "Warranty and Returns".
