It has a security pocket and a mesh ventilation pocket on the back. The main zip compartment has an open pocket and a key clip. It can be packed into its own pocket, so it takes up minimal space in a bag or backpack when not in use. Note: The seams are not taped and the zipper is not waterproof, but the main fabric itself is waterproof, so the backpack offers good protection from the rain.
